375ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber-ish ruby colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Extremely intense and complex, bretty, vinous, fruity and woody aroma, notes of sour fruit, bramble, blue grapes, morello, spicy-leafy notes of corresponding shrubs, tannic overtones, some funk, a very cautious vinegar touch. Taste is tart, fruity, slightly dry, slightly vinous, woody, oaky, minimally bretty, notes of morello, bramble, hints of unripe blue grapes; lingering, dry, woody, and tart-ish fruity finish. A tad cumbrous, inaccessible, arduous, but also rich and complex, manifold, diversified. A Sour Red/Brown and flavoured Saison hybrid. Definitely not for beginners.

Keg at Mother Kelly's E2. Funky tart berry aroma. Ruby. Pretty much zero head. Medium sour berries. Light-medium bodied. Thin. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. long dry astringent finish. Enjoyable but another Saison that makes me just think Sour.
