Growler brought back by one of my co-workers: Orange with cream off white head. Nice soft grain. Taste is nice mild malt.

Growler from my dude Aaron! Woops, sorry for missing this from a while ago (I’m missing the date, darn, I’m slipping).
Anyways, here’s my take on this.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy golden orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute. There was some light lacing sticking and then sliding in a stringy sort of way.
The smell started off the normal \"English soapiness\" but in a good sweet malty sort of way.
The taste was basically the same with a mild toffee coming through.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was somewhat subdued and good yet grainy. Still, there’s a nice rolling smoothness about it that seems to make everything right.
Overall, in my opinion, this one was a well deserved English Mild Ale by style that Alaskans should be proud that an American brewer can do. I’d have again, pass the fish n ’ chips!
