Draft. Mahogony beer with a dark cream head. Rich malt and dark fruit aroma. Malt and light toffee flavor with dark fruit and light tartness. Medium bodied. Malt and light toffee linger with dark fruit, light plastic, and light oak.

Bomber shared by Marcus. Pours ruddy copper with a creamy tan head. Aroma is red berry over caramel malt. Med body. Flavor is red berry, a bit of treacle, with notes of oak. Finishes with a little toastiness to the oak. Pretty nice.

On tap. Not one of my favorite Hangar 24 beers. Pours with a murky brown body with a tan head that fades to a ring. Aromas are vinous, grapes, brown sugar, leather, cinnamon, cocoa, dusty chocolate. Flavors are dusty, bready, malty, cocoa, brown sugar, vinous, dusty, boozy. Mildly metallic character. Medium bubbles, fuller body. Not extremely enjoyable compared to some of their other beers.
