Bottle from a Safeway on the road from Seattle to Spokane. Poured into a nice plastic cup, in Glacier National Park. Clear dark golden with a foamy, white head. The aroma contains citrus, ginger, honey, wheat, spices and malt. It tastes light sour, light sweet and light to medium bitter, effectively showing the ginger, honey and wheat. Light body, slick texture, soft fizzy carbonation. A slight kick of alcohol in the finish, which is striking for 6%. A strange, though interesting beer that lives up to its promise on the label (yet I think this is far from a German Hefeweizen and more of a Spice/Herb/Vegetable).

Can. Pours a cloudy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of sweet citrus supported by sweet wheat. Flavor is similar with sweet orange, sweet wheat and a touch of honey.

Bottle from a friend. Misses on all marks, body thin, head weak, taste and aroma heavy on clove, hints of the banana and bubblegum, but its the cheap bubblegum from a pack of trading cards, and the fake banana from hard candy. Metallic, chalky finish...iron horse can do so much better....

12 ounce can the wife picked up at a gas station. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A light citrus lemon nose. The flavor is mild oranges, hay, some earthy dry malt base. Decent.

Draft pour. I want to start off by saying that I love the tag line for this beer. Knowing it well ahead of time, I removed the lemon that was incorrectly placed on this glass. Nothing against lemon. I love lemon flavor, and lucky for me, this beer naturally has this flavor, along with a bunch of other spices and herbs. All mild howeve4, making this a super drinkable beer, and a good one at that. Pours a hazy light orange color with a mild herb like aroma. Finishes sweet and smooth. I’ll get this beer again. Great for when I want something light. Good stuff.

Draught at BevX360, Bellingham
Cloudy golden color. I rarely had a beer with such strong bread, water cracker and dough character (flavor and aroma); smooth, a bit light in the final, with light fruity touch, and very light rosemary aroma.
Strange but pretty interesting.

Bottle shared by Duchammer: Poured a hazy yellow with white head. Aroma was kinda of putting soggy cardboard. The taste was a nice sweet mellow honey with that wheat grain mix, didn’t get much ginger. A nice refreshing beer if you get past the aroma.
