Taster at Mikkeller Seoul (had in New Zealand before too). Grassy and sweet for the nose, and lots of sweet hops for the tongue. There’s grape, citrus and grass notes and it slips down really smooth. This is a supremely well balanced imperial IPA.

Lekende lett og lekker over ganen. Kombinasjonen av NZ og amerikanske humler er formidabel.

Bottle from Stone in Asagaya. Pours a clear gold with a medium-sized white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Lots of grapefruit and citrus on the nose with some grass and mango along with some caramel and honey. Fairly sweet followed by bitterness. Bitter finish that has some wood and grass, but lots of fruit. Only flaw is the booziness but the flavors are there. --- Beer merged from original tick of Super Conductor on 28 Sep 2015 at 21:25 - Score: 7

22 Oz bottle poured. Thanks Dad! Pours a mostly clear golden color with a lasting head. Very very hoppy aroma and flavor. I’ve decided I love New Zealand hops and beers. Hop front with a nice mix of tropical fruit. Lingering, hoppy, fruity flavor. Solid IPA. Very nicely done.
