Vom Faß im Brew 3.14, Seoul. - Blaßgelb, leicht trüb. - In der Nase feiner Aromahopfen: leichte Zitrone, etwas Pampelmuse. - Antrunk weich und mild malzsüß mit aromatischer Zitronenschale. Im weiteren Verlauf kippt die aromatische Hopfenherbe etwas ab: Zahnkrem und medizinisch-krautige Noten kommen hinzu. Gut rezent, eher dünner Körper. Noch bitterer aber eigenartig chloriger (?) Abgang. - Angenehm frisch und keß gehopft aber nicht frei von aromatischen Mängeln. Noch ausbaufähig.

A hazed blonde pilsner with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, lightly fruity crisp biscuit malt with light light mineral notes, German hops, OK. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, mineral notes, well done. On tap at brewery.

On tap at Craftworks but the kegs got mislabelled so I thought it was the weizen! Surprisingly the look is cloudy llike a weizen which is WAY off for a pilsner which should be clear. The aroma wasn’t so noticeable... an average pilsner.
