33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Dark brown colour, off-white to beige head. Aroma of dark malts, dark fruits, sweet berries, raisin, hint of spice, cream. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, dark fruits, raisins, more spice towards the sweet and slightly hot finish. Medium-bodied, soft mouthfeel. Decent, but more a Dubbel than a Bock.

Bottle shared. Pours cloudy brown with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, alcohol and overripe fruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle thx to benzai. Murky amber to ruby colour, no head. Smells malts and alcohol. Tastes very sweet, overripe fruit. Medium body, soft carbo. Meh.

33cl bottle shared with Dutchdrebus. Murky amber color, small off-white head that disappears very quickly. Smell malts alcohol sweetness and somehow lightly apples. Taste malts, sweetness, again a touch of apple and prunes. Medium carbonation, low to medium body.

33cl bottle at an ABCBeers tasting with the brewer. Decent tan head. Burgundy pour. Sweet and bitter. A very good bock :-) Not a gusher this year.

Bottle 330ml.Gusher - Muddy matt grey medium to dark amber colour with a huge, open, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, mold, terpentin, kemi, sewer. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sticky, alcohol, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery and sticky, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warm alcohol. [20120318]

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012 - Sunday Ultra-Madness. Exploding gusher + sprong out of the bottle. Muddy brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of yeast, turpentine and sewer drain. Sweet yeasty flavour with a faint hint of toffee and some burning alcohol.

Bottle @ FOneFan, gusher. Muddy brown/amber with small beige head. Aroma is malt, yeast, phenols and alcohol. Flavour is malt, yeast, dark fruits, notes of alchol, warming and medium sweet.

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Another Dutch gusher. Pours muddy amber with off white head. Tart fruit, rubber and yeast, vomit and alcohol. Dust and mould. On top some cloying alcohol. Dammn.
