Collabfest 2019 Sea Buckthorn IPA brewed in collaboration with BrewDog St Andrews and St Andrews Brewery. A naturally sour IPA with the tartness coming from the sea buckthorn, with additional notes of star anise, unripe mango and hints of pineapple. Lovely viscous mouthfeel due to the buckthorn berries oiliness. Typically well-balanced and ends with a nice, dry finish.

Keg at BrewDog Bristol Oct 2019 during Collabfest. Pours opaque orange with virtually no head. Aroma: orange zest, lychee, mango. Spritzy. Taste: Tart fruity - citrus zest, mango, passionfruit & peach, touch of minerality. Medium bodied with low carbonation. Pure breakfast juice

Tap@Brewdog Collabfest, Shepherd's Bush, London (18/10/2019) - hazy orange with a white head. Medium sour with notes of mango and grapefruit, passion fruit, tart fruity, medium body, lingering tart fruity finish.

Draught, taster. @Brewdog Barcelona, Barcelona (Spain). 27/10/2019. [#3.091 Global - #67 Scotland - #1 St. Andrews Brewing (My Scottish Brewery #24)]. Murky orange colour with almost no head. Aroma is orange zest, mango puree and soft lychee. Taste is citric zest and peaches leading to a mineral tart finish. Next one please!

Keg at BD Sheps Boost, 18/10/19. Murky fruit smoothie orange with little in the way of a head. Nose is orange peel, seaweed, light piss, melon, grass. Taste comprises tangy citric zest, sweet malts, soured citric sherbets, on the turn melon, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte edge. Not bad.
