A classic India Pale Ale with American and New Zealand hops, named after the italian frustrating burocracy. Nose is elegant: it recalls citrus fruits and mature fruits with and starts with light sweet caramel, followed by a long, elegant, fine bitterness. Dedicated to the love for hops and to people of few words.

Un arco olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso Al palato arrivano note di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, spezie, pompelmo, ananas, arancia amara, mango, frutto della passione e frutta tropicale.

Aroma of malts, fruits, yeast, caramel. Flavour is mostly malty, caramel, fruity hops. Quite malty for an IPA.

Bottle thanks Daniele. Cloudy orange bright color with off-white head. Nose: orange canditi, amber malty, butterscotch. Mouth is freshly amberish, orange peel, freshly citric, grapefruit.

Noe uklar rødbrun farge med lys beige skum. Lukter karamell, svakt av humle. Fruktig og medium fylde. Mild bitter avslutning. Veldig lite humlesmak til å være en ipa. Men god.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma beige fine media persistenza, colore ambrato carico velato, al naso agrumi frutta tropicale, carbonatazione moderata, in bocca malto frutta tropicale e pesca, corpo rotondo, amaro accentuato lungo nel finale con retrogusto di malto. Buona!

Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a soft semi-transparent orange color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head. Subtle stringy lace.
The aroma had some orange juice, soft mango, grapefruit zest/rind/pith. Light malts in the background.
The flavor seems to blend the softness of the mango to the orange juice. More malts show up like caramel. Sly crisp juicy aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Decent carbonation. ABV felt right.
Overall, pretty good AIPA for the most part. I’d have this again.
