0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 23.01.2018 . Amber clear color, small white head. smells oak, funky, grassy, spices, vermouth. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, vermouth, peppery, oak, herbal, spices, tobacco. finishes lightly dry, medium bitter and lightly sour with notes of tobacco, spices and oak notes. Very nice one, rather on the bitter side

Bottled 9 Jan 2018. Sour grain, old herbs (rue, mugwort, sage), dandelions, grape leaves, dolmas, old oak, saloon floorboard, bitter, sour and salty. Deep earthy/woody with some dried fruit and floral touches in the high notes. Thick feel, intense tastes.

Sampled from tap at Beerlovers Bar Lambic Night 2019. Pours dark blonde, amberbrown almost. Small white head. Smell is full, heavy ( malty ), wood. Cantillon funk. Taste is full, intense woody, mild acetic acid, oaky, very malty, much heavier on the palate than a regular lambic. Nice.
