An alternative to dark and heavy winter warmers and stouts, Bright White (formerly Winter White) is a stylish and refreshing Wheat Ale.

Fermented with a Belgian ale yeast, this blend of barley and wheat malts yields a mixture of clove and fruity aromas, all without the use of any spices

Bottle. Cloudy gold color with a medium head. One of the better American Hefeweizen beers I’ve had. Aroma was clove and bananas. Taste was spicy cloves and fruity banana.

12oz bottle. Slight hazy orange body. Thin, soapy, white head. Sort of heavy with the coriander, spice ect. I always like when a Wit has a soft, vanilla, wheat tone rather than a spritzy herbal tone, which this has. Not such a bad beer, drinkable, but not an ideal example of the style for me.

12oz bottle. Cloudy golden-orange color. Does a good job of combining both the banana flavors of the hefe-yeast and the subtle vanilla creaminess of a good Belgian Wit. Ends up being a subtle wheaty delight, a true classic.

Bottle. A- White pepper, cloves, wheat, light fruity esters. A- Orange color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Wheat, clove, coriander, spices, subtle banana, subtle bubblegum. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- I can always appreciate witbiers since they are what got me into craft. That said, this is one of the better ones I have had recently but my palate has just changed too much. Don’t get a ton of fruity esters, especially banana, but there is quite a bit of spice.
