Backlog November 2009. Reddish amber body under a big, dense beige head. Nice aroma with malt, caramel, dry fruit and a slightly acidic touch. Taste has mild roasted malt, toast, caramel, dry fruit and a balanced combination of sweetness and acidity. Fine body and pleasant aftertaste. Nice one without blowing you’re mind with flavours.

Heldere diep roodbruine kleur met beige schuim dat er uitziet als slagroom. Geur is zoetig, suikerig, rood fruit. Smaak is zoetig met een licht bittertje en fruit. Medium body. Bitterheid neemt toe in de afdronk. Degelijk, maar niet echt mijn ding.

draft from ginger man. Poured dark with almost no head. Taste was a pretty tame malty chocolatey.

Interesting beer, not sure this is a stout though. Aroma of ripe fruits, creamy malts and some subtle spicy sweetness. Flavor is sharp and spicy with dry bitter finish with some more fyuits.

First of all, I love the name of this beer. Obscura indeed. It has a powerful aroma of roasted malts, dark bread, raisins, coffee, caramel and dark chocolate. Medium sweet and creamy. A tasty stout-like Belgian Strong Ale!

Аромат шикарный, много карамели, немного сухого хмеля и сухофруктов. Красиво выгляди в бокале, цвет глубокий, темно янтарный, пена кремовая постоянная, слегка коричневая. Вкус средний по тяжести, солодовый, немного карамельный. При глотке появляется сильная кислинка. На послевкусие чувствуется кофейный оттенок и сухой и весьма сильный хмель, который не совсем подходит данному стилю.

330ml bottle. Pours dark brown with a off white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of chocolate, coffee, banana, vanilla, alcohol, oats, bread & malt. Medium body. Light bitter finish

Bottle 0,33ltr: Dark red ale with a good chocolate choise taste, and good bitter finish.
I'm to the point where this tastes good. But I can still think. More beer, please.
