Preparation infusion simple. This Beer Pairs well with both meat and fish but sometimes we enjoyed some banana, golden apple and grated dark chocolate on top.

Cask@GBBF, 2009. Cloudy golden/orangey beer. The aroma is very mildly sour and malty hopped, and the flavour is fruity, gently yeasty, and gently dry. Overall a reasonable yeasty and lightly hopped beer.

Cask@GBBF as "Pura Pale", but Patrik says this is the one. Hazy yellow color, small steady white head, some lace. Sour, grapefuity, leafy aroma. Grapefruity, some apricot, spicey. Very fruity pale ale with nice bitterness

Hazy golden color, flat. Light hop aroma, sweetish malt flavor, correct bitterness, quite yeasty. Not bad, but a bit clumsy.

Cloudy orange with a lasting white head. Yeast and pine hops in the nose. Sweet malty flavour with lots of yeast. Bitter finish

On tap at Copenhagen Beerfestival. It serves a clear golden body under a small beige head. Smoke notes, herbs, fruits, some resin and a little flowery touch in the aroma. The flavor is sweet and fruity, some herbal and resiny notes in the background, and a decent bitterness. Medium body, and a herbal, bitter finish. A decent beer, but far from a favorite of mine. On tap. Slightly hazy golden with an off-white head. Lightly fruity nose. Light body, almost flat. Has a light fruitiness and distinct, dry hops. Solid bitterness in the finish. 170509
