La Goliath Triple est une bière de haute fermentation et saturée naturellement par refermentation en bouteille. Elle est de couleur blonde dorée et voilée. Elle a
des arômes fruités et houblonné. Ronde en bouche, elle développe des saveurs
équilibrées de houblon et une post-amertume prolongée. Elue meilleure bière blonde belge wallonne 2012 et une des meilleures bières triples belges, selon le magazine professionnel Vino.

On tap @ restaurant Barbeau, Sippenaeken, as Goliath. Cloudy, blonde color. Head is white with dense parts and other parts with big bubbles, good lacing. Aroma’s of fruit and some grains/malts. Retronasal it’s fruity, slightly alcoholic, hopbitter. Flavor is fruity, moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Fairly dry finish with a good bitterness. Actually a pretty good triple.

Flaske 750ml fra Vinmonopolet, Tromsdalen. Drukket i Skibotn 3 Apr 15. Lys gylden. Høyt tett skum. Småpartikler. Beskjeden krydderaroma. Smaken merkelig tam. Svakt krydret med en tørr alkoholisk ettersmak. Skuffelse.

Amber colored, very nice and quite lasting white head with large but few floaters. Aroma is of pale malt, sour hay, spice and pepper, some fruit but also bit of alcohol. Taste is sweet malt overshadowed by spices and pepper, some soury hay and at the end alcohol and alcoholic heat. Medium bodied. The amount of noticeable alcohol is really too much for me...

Draft at BBF ’15. Pours clear golden with an off white head. Aroma of yeast, spice, fruit and caramel. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Poured from a bottle it is a cloudy golden color with a massive white head. The aroma is sour cherries the taste is begins smooth and then becomes quite complex with a sweet taste that continues to have fruity flavors that continues into a strong bold after taste

From a 75 cl bottle shared at home. Pours a clear gold with a massive white head. Aroma of banana and tropical fruits. Flavors of coriander. High carboantion. Dry, bitter finish.

0.33l bottle shared with and courtesy of yngwie, Meilby and the Tasting Crew. A soft blurry golden looking one with a small but white soft lacing head. The nose is quite oxidized, sweet caramel, some ripe fruitiness. Not to sweet though and hardly any alcohol detached. Quite lively on the bubbles, not aggressive but not to far off either - it feels only and slightly sticky in the mouth. It's somewhat oxidized in the taste also. A nice sharp alco cut burns through the sweet caramel oxidation. Old ripe fruits, grapes and some sugar also. Not bad, but not to memorable either really. 16.06.2014
