Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di perlage da bollicine medio-fini. La carbonazione è allegra e vivace. Il colore è arancio. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi e arancia amara.

500ml bottle bought as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Mid- to dark gold and clear with a ring of white head. Light bready aroma with tangerine peel around the edges. Sweet taste, more bready yeast, with a nice balancing bitter. Citrus and strong I ced tea in the aftertaste. Simple but lovely-ly put together.

50cl bottle at Birds and Bees, Stirling, UK. Pours clear loaded gold, with fine white foam. Aroma is bready and earthy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste starts medium-high sweet, balanced by some underlying dry bitterness. Final is more on the sweetish side.

Creamy off white head left a spotty cover on a translucent pale copper coloured still body. Fruity aroma with tea, pepper & spices. Medium bodied, soft the palate well carbonated back & cloying aft. Slightly hop forward tastes, fruity, tangy, berry, tea & herbal. Pleasant & easy drinking.
