Rapture is our full-bodied, heavenly hoppy red beer. 5 types of malt and 6 types of hops make for a truly elating experience. Uplifting aromas of grapefruit and pine, combine with pithy orange and tropically citrus flavours which are balanced against a deeply rich and malty body. A satisfyingly dry and crisp finish offers your taste buds redemption. Our red ale will take you to heaven and back…

Keg at The Southern. Pours clear reddish-brown with a chunky white head. Herbal hops aromas, and the lemon end of citrus too. Some caramel. Sweetness first on the tongue, but then lots of hop bitterness. A touch too fizzy for me, but a very nice beer overall.

Drucken på fat på Bishop Gustav. Lätt kropp men mycket smak. Torr, sträv, , mycket grape, tallskott med en lite fenolisk rejäl beska som ligger kvar länge i munnen. Riktigt trevlig.

Draught, 4.6%. Fruity aroma, mild and roasted. Cloudy brown colour. Stable off-white head. The flavour is roasted and nicely hoppy. Clean and rough hoppiness. Not a symphony of flavour, but unpretentious and well-made.

Can from Cork & Cask. Hazy amber body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of strawberry, orange, caramel and wood. Flavour of toffee apple, blood orange, coffee, grass and strawberry. Thin to medium body with a slick, oily texture. Light fizz. A rich, juicy Amber Ale, with a nice fruity hop character than others I’ve tried. It’s quite complex for 4.6% ABV - I’d love to try a stronger version.
