Cask at Southampton Arms. Pale blond colour with small white head. Aroma fruity pineapple, but citrus touch of hoppy bitterness. Taste bit creamy, lots of fruit, bit of malt. Quite soft and smooth. Got a bit of a orange lemon and pineapple squash taste about it which was strangely pleasant!

Bottle. Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Straw colour, with a gentle haze. Film, and some bubbles of white. Nose has lemon sherbet. Grain. Chalky mineral. Hint of pineapple. Taste is lemon rind, and chalky dry. Soft bitter. Crisp, although a little thin. Finishes light bitter. (Oh! I’ve just spotted the lemon sherbet thing in the commercial deScription. Get me!).

[3/4/15] Cask at Cross Keys in London. Clear deep golden with a small white head. Buttery aroma with a bit of hops. Sweetish flavor with butter, some hops, and a bitterish finish. Kinda buttery still OK and easy-drinking.
