Sample during the "Collaboration Beers On Deck 2!" event on 08/13/2017. The beer is a cloudy orange-bronze color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of tart fruit, floral yeast and malt. Light-bodied with a mildly tart lemon character and notes of salt, earthy yeast and a bit of spice. The finish is lemony with a salt and grainy malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Maybe I’m drinking this too cold but it doesn’t taste great. Has a short lived head and medium dark amber color. Aroma at first was balsamic vinegar and circus peanuts, then almost nothing. Flavor is tree bark and sawdust some malt and a bit of salt. Low carbonation doesn’t help. Not really a fan. Disappointed.

Bottle thanks to James. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is salt, brine, mineral. Medium body, salt, mineral, lemon, light finish, good.

Draft - Corriander and funky salty notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Lightly sweet, briney and a salty finish. A bit sweeter than usual. Seaweed in the finish.

Draft at Rustico, Alexandria. Poured a hazy yellow color, with a small white head. Light sea-salt character, but as it warmed got an instant reminder of the outside of maki sushi. Perhaps just a little kiss of mineral notes.
