Caoba, translucida, espuma manchada poco abundante y duradera. Notas de café en el aroma. Ligera de cuerpo algo aguada y de gas abundante. Sabor agradable, bien malteada, notas tostadas, caramelo, madera.

500ml bottle from Ken Warne, Darlington. Red amber colour with a foam off-white head leaving lacing. Fruity malty nose. Taste is malt, bready, with some fruity and earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite OK.

Bottle from Meny (Amager), Copenhagen - pours amber with a off-white head. Sweet and toasted malty, caramel and toffee sweetness, some nutty notes, twiggy herbal hoppy backing. Pretty basic affair.

Bottle from the brewer’s own stand at the Witney Food Festival. Amber-red with an off-white head. Caramel dominates with some berry sweetness behind. Thin and sweet and caramelly. Poor.

500ml bottle. Pours a clear red-amber with a medium, creamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Sweet aroma of toasted malt and caramel. Sweet flavour of toasted malt, caramel, bread and nuts with a mildly bitter, hoppy finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Ok, but boring.

Bottled 500ml (Sokos Herkku, Tampere)
Deep copper color, steady small beige head. Aroma is crystal malts and sweet berries. Light to medium-bodied. Caramel, sweetish berries like strawberries. Simple amber ale which lacks hop bite totally.
