Bottle on 2nd June 2024 from Morrison’s, Chalk Farm. Pours clear orangey amber with almost no foam or lace. Caramel malt aroma with fruitiness. Tangy fruits in-mouth, and a finish of butterscotch maltiness and leafy hoppiness. Medium bodied with a crisp mouthfeel.

Rocky white head left a creamy spotty cover in a dull amber coloured body. Malt & caramel aroma. Medium bodied, soft with a lively back. Malt, biscuit, caramel, stone fruit & pithy tastes. Just average.

0.5 l bottle from 'LIDL' (Wyk auf Föhr), best before April 2024. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, slightly grassy aroma of lemon peel, gooseberry and some pineapple. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, quite dry, gently fruity-floral, minimally grassy taste of lemon peel, grains, straw, gooseberry and pineapple, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice ale, very easy to drink, good mouthfeel for such a low abv.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with very small beer. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with hoppy and floral touches. Bitter, hoppy and estery flavour, with mild touches of malt. Bitter aftertaste with estery touches. Reasonable but rather tame.

0.5 bottle. Golden beer in a nice half-liter bottle, big off-white head. Good, peachy fruity hops on the nose, barely any maltiness. Almost bitter bitterness, a little less bitter than most British bitters, but very well hopped, fruity, light, fresh, delicious beer. While drinking, the sip is a little drier, malty flavor, and not really full-bodied. You could drink any amount of it in the summer. A good, but slightly watery wichwood, with herbal bitterness. The overall picture was ruined by the way the machine stuck the label on the hobgoblin pre-printed bottle at an angle.

Bottle, 3.5%. Good fruity aroma. Clear golden colour. Stable white head. The flavour is fruity, refreshing fruity hoppiness. Good mouthfeel. Full-flavoured, only the aftertaste reveals its low ABV.

Bottled 500ml. -from Hofer Brežice. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, light malty nose. Malty, light biscuity, bready and mild caramel with bitterish sweet finish.
