33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg. Hazy yellow with a dense white head. Sweet malty aroma with some hops, white pepper and indeed some white wine hints. Taste is medium bitter with a dry bitter finish. Very nice clean saison.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, dense white head. Taste: Typical saison yeasty, floral and a bit spicy, notes of grapes and white wine, below medium sweet and some bitterness. Fruity bitter palate at finish. Nice refreshing, easy drinkable. Below medium body, above average carbonation.

Bottle. Hazy golden body wit a big, creamy white head. Aroma is light citric fruit, pepper, yeast and floral. Flavor is medium sweet malt, citric fruit, flowers, pepper, grapes and hint of wood or almost some kind of wooden bitterness. A bit unusually type of Saison, something between classic Belgium and modern American. A bit discreet alone, but superb to spicy fish and vegetables, a very good match that opens the beer flavors.
