An exotic IPA brewed with 100% pale malt to yield a deep golden color and smooth mouthfeel. The dry-hop primarily features Mosaic hops, infusing tropical fruit flavors like mango and pineapple, along with crystal hops to add a touch of fresh pine.

On draught at Winking Lizard. The beer is a slightly cloudy orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to a an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing. Tropical fruit, pungent hops and malt aroma. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, resiny hops and caramel malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a tropical fruit and hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

The Sampler, Brooklyn can: pours copper with a white head. Aroma is earthy, piny, kind of sweet. Pretty bitter and hoppy. Really not the hop profile for me at the end of the day.

Pours a clear, copper-amber, with good-sized, lasting head. Aroma is quite dank, full of hop-pine and spruce and basement catbox. Flavor is very bitter, with a strong hop-pine presence, some citrus underneath, and just a slight touch of sweetness. Bitter, bitter finish. Quite good!

Draft at Standard Market. Copper color with a dense had labs no mistake that it’s an APA. Zesty tropical fruit a and pine smell. First taste impression is quite stocky with maybe fresh lupalins, then some orange and grapefruit. The malt background cooperates rather nicely, though if there are any oats present, it’s only as an attempt to smooth out the strong bitterness. Strong hop taste and stickiness help punch up the alcohol impression, keeping this a shipping beer.

12 oz. can shared by Willrunforbeer, canned 8/22/16. Thin head on an orange liquid. Aroma shows green onions, mild tropical fruit and sweet caramel.
The flavor is a tad sweeter then I want in my IPA. A tad to much caramel malts. However, good amount of scallion, garlic, mixed with peach and tropical fruit. Yet, all the fruit is dipped in sugar. Maybe it would fair slightly better on draft. However, with this much caramel it is hard to gage.
