Can at home. Aroma is slighly tart juicy fruits, citrus, hay, peppery Saison yeast, hoppy notes. Flavour is mildly bitter. Body is light to medium. Nicely fruity juicy Saison.

Canned. Hazy yellow colour with a small foamy white head. Aroma is citrus, some funk and mild yeasty and earthy notes. Flavour is citrus, some earth, mild funk, some yeasty spiciness too. Refreshing and easy to drink.

Missed review from 6.8.2016. Off white rocky head soon left a collar on a hazy lemon coloured body - Looks great. Crisp, pine, citrus & tropical fruits aroma. Well bodied, prickles on the front but a little cloying on the back. A bit dull & soapy on the first sip but this soon improves on the aft with sweet lemon, peach, melon & tropical fruits. This has a taste that all Beavertown Beers seem to have - that's not a negative comment, just a taste observation!

Keg at Brewdog Camden. Highly hopped, quite bitter, citrus, bit of grain. Feels like an ipa to me. Astringent, feels boozier than it is. Still don't get it. --- Beer merged from original tick of Quelle Saison on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:05 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. At a tasting, thanks, small frothy head, light hazy pale yellow color, earthy onion yeast aroma, grainy mustard tea flavor with a musty whiff, light sourness. Nice.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Thanks Tom L. Hazy pale yellow. Stale floral hops, earth, spicy, sweetish, a bit of oxidation, bitterish finish. Could be fresher but still kinda OK.

(Bottle) Hazy golden colour with big, frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with grapefruit, apricots, flowers (elder-flower) and a touch of honey. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of lemon peel, grapefruit, apricots, hay, white bread, elder-flower, floral yeast, some honey and a balanced citric bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Not very complex, but tasty and refreshing. Nice one.
