Bottle. Hazy golden body, light copper highlights. Frothy white head, diminishing. Hop aroma of flowers, perfume, citrus. Notes of toasted grain, herbs. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation. More delicate and flavorful than American IPAs. And more complex. Restrained bitterness allows tastes of toasted grain, apricot, pineapple and tropical fruit stay on the tongue into the finish. Clean malts. Taste of bitter tropical fruit lingers.

Draught @ Viisi Penniä, Helsinki
Pours golden orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of zesty fruits, citrus, lemon and grassy hops. Taste is juicy and fruity with some citrusy notes. Finish is fruity and slightly bitter with some juicy notes. Quite juicy, not that bitter IPA.

Bottle from Bottle Barn in Santa Rosa, CA. Pours amber gold with a white head. Light pitted fruit aroma. Near med body. Flavor is very fruity with a dose of floral. Finishes rather smoothly bitter. Excellent, arguably subtle, ale.
