Quintessence 2016. Vintage 2012. Cherries, cooked cherries, marzipan, super fruity. Light to medium sour, otherwise a thick sweet base. Full body, light mineral, velvety texture. Faint carbonation fizziness on the tongue. The bees’ knees.
