Backlog - fat på All In Beer Fest 2022. Helt ok och välgjord dubbelbock, men inte det roligaste från italienarna.

Bottle at home, from HOTM online, 13/11/22. Moderately hazed deep amber with a good sized beige cap. Nose is candied fruits, dates, figs, raisins, dark malts, brown bread. Taste comprises malt loaf, fruit slice, nutty, dates, prunes, toffee, caramel, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Tasty Bock.

Täitsa viisakas bock veits alkone ja liialt tummine, mulle endale meeldib Salvatori stiilis rohkem, aga muidu miks mitte.

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma beige fine persistente, colore ambrato velato, al naso non entusiasma malto frutta matura luppoli zucchero di canna, in bocca caramello miele, corpo medio, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato. Non è male, anzi è piacevole ma della Doppelbock ha ben poco. Come la Bibock, lontana dalle “sorelle” d’oltralpe. c. Fatti una birra 09.01.21

Fles op terras in Italië. Amber tot koper kleurig bier met mooie beige schuimkraag. Geur van gebrande mout en fruit. De smaak is ook moutig en iets hoppig in de nasmaak.
