Compagna di momenti speciali, Amber Shock sprigiona un bouquet di aromi inaspettati e seducenti. Conviviale, allegra, provocante: se si indugia nella sua dolcezza ipnotica, è facile perdere la cognizione del tempo e dello spazio.

Keg at Gar Eden. Nice aroma, ovaltine, fruity, caramel. Interesting. Quite smooth and with only light hoppiness. Bit of cocoa powder and more maltiness. Quite unusual and quite nice.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours clear, brought reddish amber, with abundant whitish foam. Aroma is weak of caramel and herbaceous, resinous. Body is average, like carbonation. A little stickiness. Taste is fairly sweet, some final bitterness, but also a sweetish feeling that doesn't fully convince me.

Pourd semi unclear dark brown. Small but stable, very creamy white head and a lot of lacing. Smell is more subtile than i'd like from this style. Taste is rather bitter at the start. turns caramelly, bit ambermalty. Dense mouthfeel, backbone of sweetness and alcohol, though not a sweet or boozy beer. Not bad.

Bottle at Il Punto. Glowing amber-orange-brown, clear, with a tall, airy head. Nose of rich toasty malt, bread, light caramel, a bit of cinnamon, raisin, and apple. Solid, malty flavor, dry finish with a touch of hop bitterness. Good bock, meaty, maybe a bit too bitter.

Keg at the brewery restaurant. A clear ruby red amber colour pour with a sticky off white head. Aroma is semi sweet toffee and brown bread malts, tangy red berries, mineral, burnt sugars. Flavour is composed medium sweet rounded layered malts, toffee and brown sugars, dried raisin with a hint of rum. Palate is medium sweet, sticky, moderate carbonation. But sweet for me.
