Can from Appellation Wines, thanks to AshtonMcCobb. Pours light hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of rhubarb and custard sweets as promised. Strong vanilla and sharp rhubarb. Taste is sweet vanilla up front, light rhubarb on the end. Light sour finish. Enjoyed this.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden with a light haze and a proportionate, snow white head. Nose - brown bread, stewed fruit, light toastiness. Taste - creamy representation of custard this time, then the stewed rhubarb which is nipped off by the tartness. Palate - light bodied, tart finish. Overall - ok.

440ml can. Pours slightly hazy orange with almost no head. Aroma is sweet, vanilla, rhubarb, custard. Taste is sweet, sour, rhubarb, vanilla, custard, citrus zest, bit of a fruity tang. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. One of those beers you're not sure if it'll work but this really does.

Keg @ Shuffledog, Leeds. Brewdog Collabfest ale 2017. Light pale golden with a gentle sourness. Vanilla is able to break through to give it some flavour. 636313

keg at the brew pub... Hazy amber.. Thin white lacing.. Soft floral fruit.. Light rhubarb.. Light dry fruits.. Almost honey mead nose.. Sweet tart fruits.. rhubarb custard and lemon... too custardy for me

Keg at Brewdog CJ. Kinda indistinct sour aroma, but I guess there is a rhubarb element (or I want to think there is). A pinky red ala a rhubarb soda. Initial medium sour. I think to myself, "Where's the custard," but there is a sweet stickybwave that cmes through. Befote the sourness regains its place. Light bodied. Thin. Flat. Astringent finish. As described but more RHUBARB than custard.Decent enough.
