On tap at Brewdog, Oxford, Saturday 21st October 2017 on Ritual Union day in the company of John and Geraint. This is a really good sour, the aroma is a full on rhubarb nose. Tangy and ever so tart, Geraint also gets boiled fruit, I don't but I sort of get what he means. Very enjoyable beer, really refreshing. Yellow/gold in colour with a slight haze. A9 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 4.1

Keg at BDSB - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a tight, white cream head. The nose holds lemon, custard, pie crust. Light sweet flavour with mellow lemony acidity, some lemon meringue, cream. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Pretty clean on the finish, with mild acidic bite, more lemon, wheat bread. Nice one.

Keg at BD SB. It pours hazy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is soft, bready, doughy, lactic, earth, bit of cheesecake and cereal. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, lactic, tangy, rhubarb & custard sweets, bright acidity, lemon peel, cheesecake, sherbet and decent mouth - pucker with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Taste is more expressive than taste. Decent.

Keg at the brewdog shepherds Bush, collabfest 2017. A light hazed dull golden coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is subdued, lemon, citrus, vanilla, leather. Palate is semi sweet, sharp, tangy, moderate carbonation. Little lactose. Flavour is composed of pineapple, tangy, pithy, Watermelon. Mellow sour. Woody. Not bad.
