On tap. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal fruttato e dallo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato e c'è anche una punta di leggermente acidulo. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si attestano si fermano sentori di miele, crosta di pane, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico, spezie e agrumi.

Tap at Winter Affair 2025. Hazy yellow-golden body, off-white head. Minty aroma, herbal, apple notes, sweetish, bit dusty. Smooth taste, orange notes, spices, herbal touches. Pleasant tripeloid overall!

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine pannosa persistente, color giallo oro torbido, al naso lieviti belgi spezie succo di pera note floreali coriandolo ananas, in bocca marmellata di pesche ananas frutta candita miele note erbacee, corpo rotondo, carbonazione forte (moolto bene!), lieve astringente, Dolce con amaro moderato. Bottle at pork 'n roll. Hazy yellow, smooth white head. Aroma is yellow fruity with fainter herbal notes. Flavor is yelloe fruity, fruity bitter. Quite ordinary tripel.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours transparent gold with medium white foam, fine. Aroma is fruity (peach and apricot) and yeasty. Body is quite a full mouth, also because of an intense carbonation. Taste is intensely sweet. Some final bitterness, for a fairly long final.

Sampled draft @ The Alehouse in Zürich. Orange, creamy white head. Nose is bad BE milky, spoiled yoghurt & unpleasant BE esters. Awful BE milky, harsh unpleasant esters, yeast & grain. Poor.

Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Heavy bitter nice flavor. Some fruity esters. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. excellent tripple.
