Bottle. Pours almost clear golden. Aroma is chewing gum, resin, tropical fruit. Body is medium, strongly bitter, lots of resin flavour. Decent residual sweetness. Long palate, fruity. Good, probably a bit too old.

On tap at the Tap room Bangkok. Thick creamy white head. Hazy amber pour. Lovely bitterness.

(Bottle) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with orange peel, marmalade, apricots, treacle-toffee, grapefruit and fresh floral, citric hops. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of orange peel, apricots, treacle-toffee, grapefruit, caramel, some hay and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Well balanced IIPA, with a generous citric hop presence and lots of caramel/toffee malt. Very nice.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from One Stop Market. Appearance is clear golden-amber with trace sparkle, less than finger-width foamy white head with poor retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is tropical fruit, candied sugar, citrus and light resin. Taste follows aroma. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin, foamy texture, soft-to-average carbonation with mix of sweet and bitter finish. Overall, appearance and palate we profoundly average and the hop mix in aroma and taste is good but flirts gets precariously close to industrial cleanser scent.

On tap. Red gold color. Aroma: sweet nectar, malt, fruit, white port wine, raisins, little flowers and hay. Taste: sweet nectar, pale malt, with citrus, bitter white port wine, fruits.

Tap at Hair of the Dog, Phloen Chit, poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white long lasting head. The aroma is sweet creamy caramel toffee malt. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter with a light smooth fruity toffee sweet malt hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Und noch eine alte Bewertung von mir, wo ich denke, dass mir der amerikanische Hopfen too much war. Ein äußerst trockenes Bier, das dafür aber mit allerlei amerikanischen Aromahopfen das Interesse auf sich zieht.

Bottle 355ml. Hazy amber colour with white-yellow head, nice lacing. Aromat is quite intensive, very fresh with sweet tropical fruits notes, small candy hint, a bit resin, smelling it you can feel whole cone Cascede :). Medium citrus bitterness at the beginning and very sweet, mega fresh aftertaste of tropical fruits. Medium to full body but really good drinkable in dangerous way. After few sips you can feel small hint of alcohol which warm a bit inside but it’s only small hint and does not destroy overall feeling of the beer. Very good, fresh, hoppy, aromatic imperial IPA.

Tasted from the tap on the 02/07/2016. Bright orange to amber colour with a medium white head. Aroma of hops, resin and plenty of citrus. Taste is sweet, malty, hoppy and citrus with medium intense bitter finish. Aftertaste is medium dry. Next one please!
