Sample@Copenhagen Beer Festival, KPH Volume (20/04/2019) - fuzzy amber coloured pour with a white head. Citrus fruity with some tangerine and lemon, citrus rind, pine, some caramel , hoppy bitter finish.

Tap, Golden color with medium white head. Caramel, citrus hops, zest, pines in aroma. Taste, caramel, followed by hoppy bitter kick. Long hoppy bitter finish.

Bière bouteille 75 cl ramenée d'une boutique de produits locaux à Cognac, le Gourmet charentais. Chouette étiquette réalisée par un graphiste, Moon. Au service, la bière est ambrée et quasiment sans mousse, elle pourrait sembler plate. Au nez, on est du côté de l'exotique, mangue, ananas, litchi surtout.Au goût, l'amertume est bien présente, ainsi que les saveurs exotiques. Comme on le pressentait à l'oeil, carbonatation faible, voire quasi inexistante. J'aurais apprécié un peu plus de bulles, mais on s'approche quand même d'une très bonne bière.

From the bottle. Orange with a soapy, frothy white head. Aroma is full of peach and caramel. Taste is bittersweet up front, bitter at the end, although only mildly so. Medium body, smooth. Overall uncomplicated, simple, good.
