Tap at Oedipus: Slightly hazy golden colored colored brew wit an slightly sweet bitter taste, with hints of caramel and some pepper and spices.

Optisch Kupfer, schöner Schaum. In der Nase ebenso Karamell, im Trunk überraschend fruchtig, malzig, süffig, lecker.

Bottle. pale amber color. Yeasty notes and ripe melon in the aroma. Moderately hopbitter flavor with grassy notes, ripe melon and citrus, Thinnish. Quite drinkable.

Pours rather clear light amber, médium big white head. Smell is caramelly, but not really sweet. Very hidden hops. Clean on the fermentation. Taste is reasonably bitter. In style. Full maltyness, showing some caramel, as well as some pale bread ( pilsner malts?). Very mild fruityness from the hops. A very well brewed beer, that really does resemble the style well. Lovely!
