Clear pale amber colour, good creamy off-white head, quite stable, light lacing. Aroma toasted malt, caramel, floral hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grain, caramel, orange peel. Light body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, caramel notes, decent bitter.

Cask at the Ship & Mitre, Liverpool. Pours clear amber with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, citrus, slightly nutty. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle courtesy of Daniel, cheers. Pours clear amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, fruity, very slightly nutty. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle BBE in 9 months. Light amber with small white head. Sweet aroma or malts, caramel, some metallic notes which is ironic or maybe deliberate considering the Iron Maiden links. Taste is similar. Light body, a bit watery for a premium bitter, moderate carbonation. A slight dry bitterness to finish which is pleasant. Balance is good but I'm just not blown away by it.
