Bottle at a tasting. Mostly in line with a berliner weisse style. Assertive lactic character, with loads of associated sourness. Also med-light tartness though, and a touch of acetic bite. Loads of fruitiness, exotic, pineapple, biting. Slightly too sour and out of balance, but mostly good.

Keg at Brewdog Soho. A translucent dirty golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is musty tropical, squashed grape, lemon sharpness, Cumquat.. Flavour is composed of sharp lemon, lemon shurbet, prickly citrus, pineapple, mellow wheat grains, sharp citric acid in the finish. Palate is sharp and tangy, zippy cittus, moderate carbonation. Lingering mixed sharp citrus. Passion fruit.
