(bottle, 35.5cl) Almost clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Citrus-fruity hoppy aroma with slightly biscuity malty notes. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, crispy on the tongue. Present hops character with loads of citrus and herbal-spicy notes, backed by a mildly malty base with biscuity and slightly grainy accents; dry and bitter hoppy finish with a fruity and herbal hoppy tail. Uncomplicated and tasty Lager. 25.VIII.12

Pours hazy pale yellow into a shaker. Bright white head with little retention recedes to sicken surface. Stale cracker aromas. Medium bodied with sour cookie front to back. Medium length sour finish. eh...

Bottle. Clear pale golden body. Frothy white head. Aroma of grass, toasted grain, straw with hints of flowers. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. A clean, crisp beer. Light lingering bitterness. Some of the characteristics of Noble Pils, especially the hops, but more muted. Easy drinking and very enjoyable.

12 oz. bottle purchased @ BrewTopia. Used a lager glass. More hazy then the typical lager. Full, soapy head with lasting retention. Great lace. Taste is sweet pale malt, a touch grainy with bitter grassy hops. Body is light with a nice, clean mouthfeel. All my friends know I’m not a fan of lagers. However, this is real respectable!

Bottle at Sander’s place, NYC on my last night. Pours clear gold with a medium, white foam head. Mostly bready malts on the nose. Medium sweet flavor, more bready malts, some honey and apple ntoes, mild toasty hay. Light to medium in body with average carbonation. Moderate toasted malt finish with a bit of toasty dough, modest bitter toasted hay. Nice lager. Easy drinking stuff.

12oz bottle pours clear gold with weak white head. The aroma is sweet and modestly fruit flavored cotton candy like and a touch floral hops. The taste begins with a nice bite of hop bitterness. I get bitter floral hops mixing with some lemon and lime peel. To midway it leads into some sugary malts and a sense of lagery esters. The hops here are not really my favorite but persist pleasingly into the finish.

355ml bottle. Absolutely clear golden colour with small to average, frothy, collapsing, white head. Minimally grassy hop aroma. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty with a minimal tart touch, minimally grainy; bitter hoppy finish. Clear, clean and pure but boring.
