Our favourite DIPA to brew, now sprinkled with a little bit of extra festive goodness with a touch of Galaxy and Enigma to compliment the already massive hop bill of Columbus, Ekuanot, Simcoe and Mosaic, in addition to a healthy slathering of LA3 to boot, Rosa blooms with a bouquet of everything dank and juicy

Can from Lupe Pintos. Milky golden body with a thick off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of mashed strawberry, sweat and melon. Flavour of apricot and orange pith. Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A dank and heavily hopped DIPA. It’s good but, for me, it isn’t singing.

Burk en lördagskväll utan jämförelseDipa . Här doftar det tropikerna och godisar. Smakar mycket söt fruktigt och just sötman sänker betyget en del annars ok Dipa.

440ml can bought as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Light gold, hazy/cloudy, hardly any head. Big fruity aroma with apricot and berries standing out, plus a dash of vanilla alongside naked booze. Bittersweet taste, more fruity hoppy character. Big thick body, medium carbonation. A bit too intense for its own good but once I get used to it, it’s incredibly moreish.

Hazy, almost murk orange pour with a decent white head - might be the name, but there seemed to be a tint of rose in there as well. Aroma is big on the tropical, grapefruit and other citrus, too. Taste is grapefruit, herbs, mango - decent finish and not overly boozy. Very nice.

Can. Quite hazy golden. Sweet malts and oats, floral, fruit skins, dank weedy hops, oats. Medium sweet and quite bitter. Over medium bodied. Decent but a bit too boozy for me.
