Bottle shared in Canary Wharf - cheers to me. Pours lightly hazy orange with a soft, mostly white cream head. So so, a bit phenolic, some plastic, nips of orange rind. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with touches of citrus, plastic, grass. The plastic notes fade a bit over time. Could be good but overall so so.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma has classic Fantome notes of red apple, pear and peppery phenolics. Light grain notes. Moderate notes of bitter orange, floral notes and sweet fruitiness. Hints of herbal notes. Pours a slightly hazy, golden amber color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes and hints of grain. Moderately strong bitterness and light alcohol spice. Light herbal, woodsy and peppery notes. Moderate notes of pear, red apple, bitter citrus and hints of cherries. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright cocktail beer. The negroni notes work well with the Fantome character. One of the more drinkable recent Fantomes I have opened.

44cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours almost berry red, with moderate white foam, fine. Aroma is weak of berries. Body is fairly dense, with average carbonation. Taste is sweetish, with also quite some acidity. Final is not so pleasant.

Bottle. Color: Clear orange amber, large frothy white head. Aroma: Spicy yeast. Taste: Spicy, yeasty, bitter orange peel, notes of biscuit, hints of stone fruit and citrus fruit. Over moderate sweet and bitter. Floral hop. Over medium bitter finish. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Bit soapy finish. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Quite nice. I like the fruity bitter finish.

Level 6 Bottleshare. Thanks to LKS for this cocktail saison. Hazy apricot colour beer, big pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Fluffy malts. Bitter fruits, bitter floral fruits - vaguely Angoustora bitters. Modest citric peel. Light semi dry finish. Tasty enough.
