E’ la storica American Ipa del birrificio. Il blend di luppoli, Cascade, Citra, e Simcoe, le dona un intenso aroma fruttato, una nota resinosa, e sentori di mandarino e frutta esotica matura. L’amaro è deciso e persistente.

Dark amber color, clean, with generous head. The aroma is dry and a bit yeasty, but nice; lightly citrusy. Dry caramel flavor, a bit chewy; strong resinous bitterness, but also some vegetables, and yeast harshness.
Old style IPA.

bottle ramata velata buona schiuma discteta persistenza un po grossolana discreto naso luppoato buona maltatura un filo caranello note agrumate buon amaro discreto agrumato
