A ruby hued sour blended in the darkest depths of winter. As dry as a Spring dawn and packed as tight as a punnet with whole Scottish blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. Bursting with fresh berry jam notes and subtle Brett funk tartness. Culminating in a sweet but devishly dry finish.

Perennial Punnet - Fruited fatalism.

Keg at Brewdog Canary wharf. A light hazed reddy peach coloured pour with a halo of light pink fizz. Aroma is lovely fresh raspberry, low tart, some creaminess, blueberry sweetness, raspberry fuzz. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart, rounded mixed berries with raspberry to the fore. Palate is tangy, prickly highish carbonation, rounded. Drying finish.

Keg at BD Inverurie. It pours hazy pinkish - red with a dissipating white head. The aroma is tart, tangy, musty, sour berry, blueberry, raspberry, sherbet, musty, funk, barnyard and berry yoghurt. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering sourness, lactic, raspberry, blueberry, a touch jammy, bit of funk, tannin, jam, granny smith apple, sour candy, wet hay and wood with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, spritzy carbonation. Works really well. Puckering fruity and very drinkable.
