Cloudy dark magenta, small pinkish white head, decent lacing. Aroma is spicy, herbal, beets, peas. Flavor is light plus tart, light funk. Menthol like. Medium body. This is a really weird fucking beer. 4,7,6,4,13

Tap. Deep ruby color with white head. Aroma is heavily tannic, leather, tobacco, almost beets, aronia. Taste is the same, very heavily adstringent. Full-bodied, soft carbonation. Definitely aronia but it doesn't work that well.

Bottle. Murky garnet pour with a white head. Smoke and herbal bouquet. Whoa, massive herbal/vegetable characteristic. I get back beats of sour berry. I don’t taste the smokiness just more garden/herbal/V8 notes. Definitely not my favorite Cantillon.

Draft @ Moeder Lambic. Deep beetroot reddish colour, light pink foam. Fruity nose of berries, beetroot juice, smoke. Taste is tart, sweet, juicy, earthy and smoky. Strange and unusual lambic.

750ml bottle. Smells like manure. Heavy with beetroot sourness, smoky notes, some berries, funky yeastiness and earthiness. Interesting, quite untypical.
