Myslalem, ze bedzie cierpki. Bardzo ladna, lekko niegrzeczna paleta. Aronii bym nie zgadl. Troszke rozwodniony w odbiorze. Jojczenie na niego przesadzone, ale tez jakas topka canti to nie jest. Sliwkowo-porzeczkowy. Smaczy bardzo

Fat på Zumen. Unik lambic. Smakar först typ rönnbär. Ganska vinöst. Med en relativt stor bitterhet och torrhet. Låg sötma.

Sampled draft @ Pasta Madre. Deep dark ruby pink with small head. Rather sour, strong on the funk with dirty low acidic berries, oak, lemon, cellar, strawberry, cranberry, not fully refined but hugely tasty.

Draft at PastaMadre. Bit hazy deep dark pink with small pink head. Sweet berries, wet cellar funk, pond scum, strawberry jam, beetroot, sulphur, very earthy, a lot of roasted carrots. Over medium sweet and medium sour. Medium bodied with some soft carbonation.

Clear red with a small pink head. Aroma of cherries, tart grapes, funk, oak and lemon. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Flaska från Cantillon, flaskad 2019. Mörk röd, något grumlig utan krona. Ingen kolsyra, men mjuk och fin kropp. Ingen större syra. Mycket rödbeta, aronia-bär, körsbär, röda bär, hallon, jordigt. Lite udda ton av tobak och askkopp. En svår smak från början med aronia. Växer till sig något av att luftas. Inte en smak för alla, men intressant.

(Draught at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 21 July 2020) Hazy dark red colour with pink head. Fruity, sourish nose with tart red berries, black-currant and old sweaty socks. Fruity, tart taste with notes of black-currant, tart red berries, yeast, barnyard and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Tart and fresh, with a rich character of tart red berries. Very nice.

Draft @ Pasta Madre
Cuivrée-rougeâtre, couleur groseille noire, col fin rosé.
Arôme est unique pour le dire ainsi, note des effluves de baies, de funk, un léger parfum de groseille et baies mais avec une petite touche proche du fumé.
Palais est finement acidulé, funk de lambic, le tout est dépassé par les notes de baies - groseille à maquereau, épais, un peu purée avec aussi un fini légèrement fumé.
