Thank you for sharing! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ "De grote Black Tuesday Tasting". Hazy golden, small white head. Nose is puckering stone fruit, mango & plastic sourness. Taste is dull plastic with some mango, sour papaya, red fruit, lightly puckering, stone fruit, lightly sour. Sour fruit body. Too bad about the plastic streak / taste, could have been better but not bad as it is now.

Bottle at Avenue Pub. Pours a clear orange gold with small off white head. The aroma is strong grape, oak, brett. Medium mouth, strong white wine, brett, apple skin, lingering dry finish, very good.

Brought this bottle back from Quebec and managed not to drink it for almost three months until I could get with some friends to open her up. Slightly hazy yellow color with a decent head. Big earthy funky aromas with just a touch of brett character. The saison is slowly disappearing as a wild ale is starting to come about. The wood and the wine come off as subtle background notes and add some nice complexity. Somewhat different, but a great complex well made brew.
