Taster at Letraria Braga. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- citrusy, tropical fruit, flowery, malty, a bit sour. FLAVOR- moderately sour, neutral, fruity, herbal, spicy. Medium bodied. Very good.

Tap @ Duque Brewpub, Lisbon. Pours misty pale gold, medium sized white topping. Nice bright fruity nose. Taste is bright, fruity with a crisp sourness. Citric fruits, nice floral shades, gentle acidity with a subtle tart edge. Pleasantly fruity sour this.

Re-rating (previous 3.6) Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 28C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch SO030619 (BBF 05/2020). AROMA: medium hop aroma with notes of elderberry flower, some pine, grapefruit, faint lime. background of clean sourness. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and clear. medium-low white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: medium-low hop notes with a herbaceous, pine character and slight citrus. neutral malt background. medium clean sourness and medium bitterness. finishes dry and slightly sour with a yeasty presence. PALATE: thin body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a sour ale with nice aromatics with an interesting balance.

Draught, half pint. Tasted on the 14/07/2018 at «Caminha Artbeerfest 2018», Caminha (Portugal). Hazy yellow colour with a minimal white head. Aroma is citrus fruits, yeast, tart and slightly brett. Taste is the same, leading to a medium dry and acidic finish. Next one please!

Tap @ Cerveteca Lisboa. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, flowers, lemon and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 160718
