Bomber, 2012 vintage. Rich dark fruit aroma with notes of dates, figs, dark chocolate, roasted malt, licorice, vanilla, oak and bourbon. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and lacing. Starts with rich dark fruit (date and fig), roasted malt, licorice and oak flavors as well as having a rich, full body and slick, viscous mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with dark chocolate, vanilla and bourbon flavors. Excellent even after 13 years.

Bomber from Jeremy. Not much of a pop. Dark brown pour, wispy head, calm. Aroma is woody, nutty, leather, hint of chocolate, light boozy notes. Taste is sweet, then a brief blast of booze, tailing off to a sticky, woody, nutty finish. Holding up very well.
