Courtesy of SeaBass. Pours hazy copper with thin off white head. The aroma has a bit of caramel, sweet malts, a touch of bread and some mild citrus hoppiness. The taste starts with a pulse of malt sweetness and then moving into citrus, lemon and grapefruit hop flavor and tartness. It gets bready and a bit grainy by midway and into the finish. The modest hops fade away to nothing. At times it seems a tad too tart for the style.

courtesy of beerbeagle. pours golden/orange lightly hazy with thin white head. Aroma of light malts, hoppy with tobacco notes. Taste, lightly hoppy with some grapefruit / citrus fruits and caramel notes. Very well balanced and does seem over the 5.5% abv. This is one fine tasty pale ale.

22 oz bottle-pours a light tan head and hazy orange/gold color. Aroma is some resin hops, medium malt-caramel. Taste is resin/tannin/(some coppery) –hops," medium malt-brown sugar. Doesn’t quite work for me. Thanks decaturstevo for sharing. 100228- fresh bottle from them. 3.8

This is pretty bad, or at least, there is nothing to enjoy. Light malt and light hops. gold color. It seems like I should write more, but with a beer like this, I have nothing else to say.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a small off-white head. Has a malty hoppy citrus aroma. Slightly sweetish malty hoppy citrus flavor. Sweetish malty hoppy finish with some citrus in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours a transparent amber with a fluffy, beige head and thin floral aromas. Flavor is mild and rather uninspiring. Watery sweetness with a touch of floral hops and maybe a touch of orange juice. Finish is soapy and mild. Very disappointing from Moylans.

It’s a long way to the bottom of this bottle of Tipperary bomber. Hoppy orangey smell. Oh my, all kinds of big chunks in the pour from the bottom of the bottle in my huge tumbler. Large rocky head. Was clear at first but, now cloudy from sediment. The flakey pepper size chunks chunks and more chunks rise with the carbonation then fall to the bottom of the glass again only to be picked up and rising again later, what a show and its entertaining. Initial the bitterness is less than expected, but still bitter. Decently creamy carbonation which is fine and bubbly. Has some nice attributes about it if I can get over the mildly annoying hops. Pretty nice overall experience. I think I even have shades of orval peering thru at times. However, that slightly aggravating bitterness keeps popping its little head up in the finish. One of the better APAs IMHO. Of all the APAs I’ve tasted, except for the higher amount of bitterness, I found this to be approahing the perfect taste and feel of Orval, weird heh? And the price is very affordable. That sediment on the bottom is a little scary and I’m not sure if I should consume it or not! S4l5f3t4o9

Pour is a cloudy orange with slmoat no head at all. Aroma is a verny nice hop with some grapefruit. Flavor is more wet hops with a very subtle malt than does not make much of an apprarance. Decent but nothing outsanding.

Bottled@Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is malts, hops and quite dull earthyness. Flavour is quite much the same. Fruity and grassy aftertaste.

Clear amber with medium white head. Dusty hops in the nose with notes of grass, caramel and pine. Hoppy flavour with caramel, toasted malt and pine notes. Ends bitter.
