Bottiglia.

0,5 l bottle from Vrutak, Zagreb. Shared with Marko. Dark brown to black, small beige head. Roasty, toasty, malty, dried fruit, cocoa nibs. Nice full roasty note, almost tart, signs of oxidation, light cardboard, wood or charred wood. A bit harsh, medium to full body, moderate carbonation. Roasty and very dry finish.

Bottle, 0.5l. Deep brown/black pour, one finger soapy beige head. Short lasting, poor retention. Minimal lacing on the glass as it goes down. Nose is roasted malt, some woody notes, hints of cocoa. Thin body, medium carbonation, lively, quite prickly on the tongue. Average mouthfeel and texture, a bit on the light side. Roasty bittersweet taste and aroma. Roasted malt, caramel, cocoa, coffee. Woody notes, coal, oats, a bit nutty. Vanilla. Gets a bit metallic towards the finish. Medium lasting finish, slightly dry. Decent.
