Inky black colour with an intense roast aroma. A rich roasted coffee on the palate with a touch of raisin and dried fruits. The oatmeal addition gives a full and creamy mouthfeel with a long finish.

Bottled 500ml. -from Vrutak Zagreb. Black coloured, medium sized brown head, coffee and light chocolate in the nose. Light roasted malt, coffee, light chocolate, light filtar coffee and some caramel with bitterish roasty finish.

Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. MOderate bitter flavor. Roasted coffee notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Post breakfast wash down in the hotel, Dublin, 16/09/19. Pitch black with a decent tan head. Nose is rich roast, chocolate dipped raisins, molasses, toffee. Taste comprises roast malts, chocolate biscuits, light ashen tones, charr, dried fruits, pinch of liquorice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid flavoursome stout.

Bottle @ Øllets Dag, Viby Centret. Black with a with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. Oily. 070919

Draught, half pint. @Big Grill Festival 2019, Dublin (Ireland). 17/08/2019. Pitch black colour with a creamy tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, cocoa, coffee beans and soft licorice. Taste is also very roasty with a nice coffee touch. Roasty finish. Next one please!

Pitch black, fair creamy tan head, dissipating slowly, fair lacing. Aroma roasted malt, coffee, cocoa, caramel, bit oatmeal. Taste medium sweet and bitter, roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate. Bit retronasal smoke, peatish, dry roasty sweetbitter aftertaste. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, quite good, tasty.

Cask at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours almost black, with limited light brown foam, fine. Aroma is roasted malt, some vanilla, a hint of hazelnut. Body is very smooth, kind of light, with minimal carbonation. Taste is limited sweet, with a bit of enjoyable bitterness. Roasty feeling well evident. Finish is regular, or kind of short.

Bottle from SuperValu Cavan. Jet black with a full mocha head. Aroma of toasted malt. Flavour is burnt malt, dry roasted chocolate, bitter burnt finish.
