Our Barleywine Style Ale boasts a dense, fruity bouquet, an intense flavor palate and a deep reddish-brown color. Its big malty flavors are superbly balanced by a wonderfully bittersweet hoppiness. This beer ages very well developing complex sherry like notes.

Bottle thanks to Tim, pours deep ruby brown with a medium off white head. Aroma is super malty and fruity with plums and figs. Really Belgian smelling. Flavor is sweet caramel malts, bread, French toast. Really nice beer. Nice!!
