Our year round Pale Ale is light, refreshing and hazy. Gentle bitterness from Cascade and Centennial hops on the hot side meet bright, juicy citrus fruit notes from Citra on the dry hop.
All wrapped up with a soft mouthfeel and hints of stone fruit from our house yeast.

Can from Beer52. Hazy orange gold with small white top. Tropical and citric aroma with lemon, mango. Has a nice creaminess to the mouthfeel with citric spikey notes and underlying tropical flavour, some light toasted malt. Excellent.

Nose - pineapple and orange zest.
Taste - more juicy tropical and citrus.
Texture - light bodied, creamy for a bit and then a zesty, dry finish.

Half-pint, draught, shared with Finn at Waterloo Tap. Large white foamy head, upper part lacing on the glass, hazy golden body. Rather inviting fruity smell of dusty hops with a citrus scent. Fresh taste profile with grapefruit and orange, followed by a light touch of pine needles to the ending. Soft on the palate. Pretty decent. (London, 02.10.2023).

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Hazy straw coloured pour with a white head. Rich tropical fruit aromas, splash of peach,pineapple, sweet citrus, grapefruit. Taste is tropical fruit, grapefruit, peach, white grape, lime. Nice array of flavours. Zesty hoppy finish.

Fluffy white wine on a hazy vivid pale golden coloured body. Juicy aroma with melon, citrus & mango. Medium bodied, smooth with a short sharp back. Mango, citrussy, peach & zesty tastes with bitter finish. Excellent Pale.

(Cask at King's Arms, Bethnal Green, London, 28 May 2022) Murky greyish yellow colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with grapefruit, lemon and tropical fruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lemon, grass, pine needles and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Like hoppy grapefruit juice. Really tasty and refreshing, tastes a lot better than it looks. Very nice.
